I loved the hotel, it was quiet and absolutely fantastic with good Wi-Fi. the location is great, just next to grocery stores, the center, ARMA museum, and local markets. I had a fantastic experience and would come here again.

We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, as the signage was small. However, once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff at Kencana Ubud By Mahaputra were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the swimming pool was a refreshing oasis. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning. Despite some minor inconveniences, like construction noise from a neighboring hotel and occasional cold breakfast items, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was ideally located close to the centre, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Despite being just outside of the main area, it was really close to everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and included great amenities such as a small pool and delicious breakfast. The staff provided exceptional service, offering scooter rentals and helping me with my laundry.

The WiFi in the room was not very strong and only worked well in the lobby.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the city center of Ubud. It is also surrounded by popular restaurants like Pizza Bagus and Dumara. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and hot water. the staff provides excellent service, being prepared and organized. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options. there is a swimming pool to enjoy.

The WiFi connection can be a bit poor at times.

During our romantic escape, we were thrilled by the romantic setup with candle lights and rose petals. It was delightful. , the view from the room was breathtaking, we could enjoy the marvelous sunset. there were amenities such as a beautiful pool, spa, and gym.

The sheets were stained, and the bathroom was shabby and smelly. We had to ask the cleaning staff to attend to it, and they took a while to come.
